What do you call female attack dogs?

ABS-CBN News reports that a women’s group has filed charges of illegal procurement and nepotism against Senate star witness and former PhilForest boss Rodolfo Lozada Jr.

Babae Para sa Kaunlaran (BABAE KA) has accused Lozada of entering into several irregular transactions including the use of PhilForest funds to buy P5-million worth of insurance. With his wife as the selling agent.

BABAE KA also charged Lozada with hiring his own brother as vice-president of PhilForest. In addition, the group claimed that Lozada authorized the distribution of more than 40 hectares of government land to family members.

At first glance, BABAE KA appears to be doing the right thing since all of the above lapses in good governance have been publicly acknowledged by Lozada. However, one cannot help asking if BABAE KA would have focused on suing the former PhilForest head if he had not been so vocal in linking President Arroyo and the First Gentleman as major recipients of alleged massive kickbacks from the stinking NBN-ZTR deal.

Is it possible that “the luckiest bitch around” has unleashed a new group of attack dogs to try and silence Lozada? Or shall we call them attack bitches?
